How does it work?

Step 1: Organizational Mental Health Risk Assessment

First, we conduct an anonymous organizational psychosocial risk assessment based on the established guidelines provided by Safe Work SA.

This thorough assessment is completed by both staff members and management to ensure a comprehensive and balanced understanding of workplace mental health risks and specific needs.

If the risk assessment, along with our tailored recommendations, is all you are looking for, it can be efficiently completed without the necessity of proceeding to add the EAP add-on products and services.

Risk Assessment Results Reports and Consultation

Once the comprehensive risk assessment is thoroughly completed, we take the time to provide detailed feedback to your management and HR team regarding the results, along with thoughtful recommendations for meaningful changes that could prevent harm and manage or mitigate risks.

Should you decide to go ahead with adding the invaluable “Hub of Legends” membership Program, your employees will benefit from:

  1. Access to all staff to on-demand video content on a wide variety of mental health related topics, including a wide variety of practical tips and skills to triage and manage your own mental health (based on your organization’s needs and goals, more topics can be recorded and added for your staff).

    New content will be added to this regularly and additional topics can be added upon request if it is related to Mental-Health, Soft Skills and Cross-Cultural Competence.

  2. All staff will gain access to a series of thoughtfully crafted weekly emails containing mental health tips and hacks.

  3. and a membership access to on-demand videos (with new content being added regularly), a closed facebook group where they can ask questions, and a monthly Live Zoom call with a trained Psychotherapist where they can anonymously ask questions that will be answered during this call. These calls are also recorded and added to their video access.

  4. All employees will have access to a live Q&A Zoom call with Psychotherapist, Sunet Gopaul, once a month. Employees can submit their questions anonymously on Zoom chat and have the opportunity to ask an expert for advice or tips on anything they are dealing with without confidentiality becoming a source of concern.

  5. All employees will gain access to an exclusive “Hub of Legends” Facebook Group where they will be able to see regular posts with mental health tips and resources, and ask questions they may have.

These resources will provide them with evidence-based mental health tips, specifically designed to equip them with essential skills to effectively manage their own mental health and well-being.

This is a 12-month renewable program and billing is based on the amount of staff you’d like to add to the program. Employees who leave the organization for whatever reason will have the option of continuing their membership privately.

On-Demand Online Short Courses

Our courses on mental health, soft skills, leadership and cross-cultural competence are tailored for the modern Australian workplace, where hybrid environments and multicultural teams are the norm.

Staff will receive invaluable access to an extensive range of on-demand online trainings, available for 12 months with the option for renewal, in these essential areas:

- Mental Health
- Soft Skills / Social Skills
- Cross-Cultural Competence

This approach is designed to support their self-development and personal growth in a flexible and convenient format, allowing them to learn at their own pace and according to their individual schedules.

Program Monitoring and Follow-up

A trained and experienced psychotherapist will meet with management and/or HR to review the progress of implemented adjustments, provide consultation on resolving any ongoing issues, and offer targeted training in areas of concern.

Monthly 1-hour Group Zoom Call

All staff can join a monthly group Zoom call where they can learn more about managing their mental health and ask questions anonymously on Zoom Chat.

Don’t rely on Dr Google to give your staff advice on their mental health, leave it to us to make sure the information they receive and skills they learn are lasting and effective.

Program Renewal

This is a 12-month renewable membership and all employees will be able to move over to an individual membership deal when they leave their place of employment or their membership isn’t renewed by their employer.

Execution and Feedback

Employees will receive a comprehensive brochure via email outlining what to expect and how the program operates once it begins. They will also have opportunities to request new video content or resources in the Hub of Legends Membership Portal on specific topics they feel they want to learn more about to ensure that what we are offering is meeting the need to your staff.

While employees can continue to use their existing EAP services to book Counselling appointments (as this is not included in this program), those who prefer additional support can book appointments with our Psychotherapists at extra cost.

We also offer trauma debriefing services and trauma therapy appointments, available for individual or group sessions as needed.
